Course description

Learn key concepts and architecture of ITCAM for WebSphere and how to use the product to monitor for availability and perform problem determination. Learn installation and configuration, troubleshooting with log files and command-line utilities and maintenance.

• Familiar with monitoring in the enterprise environment.
• Familiar with the ITCAM family, key concepts and terminology.
• Familiar with IBM WebSphere 6.1 is recommended.
